Although we are not certified by any Halal certification body, we have established the following Halal friendly policy under the guidance of experts.
・Our kitchen is not dedicated to Halal food, but is used for general meals as well.
・We use only Halal-certified meat for our Halal menu.
・We use Halal-certified seasonings for our Halal menu, but we strictly check the ingredients of some seasonings that are not Halal-certified.
・Cutting boards, knives, bowls, fryers and other cooking utensils are used separately for Halal use only.
・We use the same tableware, but we can also provide disposable tableware, cups, spoons, forks, etc.
・Please make reservations for Halal menu at least 3 days in advance. However, we can provide a limited menu even on the day of the event.
